Diaz, 41, (looking as young as her My Best Friend’s Wedding days) rocked a white, strapless bikini top and showed off her bum in a tiny white bikini bottom. She also kept her wet, blonde locks down and went makeup-free for the afternoon shoot.
The Other Woman star is clearly embracing her body, a tip she encouraged women to do themselves in her new tome, The Body Book. Her long-term guide — which hit shelves last December — was written to help women become “happier, healthier and stronger,” the book description reads.

Eating right and staying active have been a part of Diaz’s lifestyles for years. When she’s not photographed riding the waves on her surfboard, she’s stocking up on good protein in her kitchen. “I try to eat really clean,” she told Us in March 2011 at the Coliseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
She continued: “I eat a lot of protein, whether it’s fish, chicken, or beef, or egg whites, and then brown rice or quinoa, and oatmeal and a whole grain like that, and lots of greens.”
