Hoda Kotb has no qualms about wearing an item of clothing more than once on television.

When asked about her last "fashion disaster," the Today show co-anchor, 59, revealed that most of her clothes are "either stained, torn or worn again from three days before," she tells PEOPLE in this week's issue.

"I have seven things I love and they're going to get a workout. I’m a re-wearer, and I don’t know if it’s a disaster, but it’s certainly my style."

The Today Show co-anchor (and mom to daughters Haley, 6, and Hope, 4), who hosts the fourth season of her podcast Making Space, chatted with the magazine for One Last Thing:

Last irrational fear
Probably when my kids scream. I think something’s broken, and I’ll go tearing up the stairs only to find them looking for something.

Last moment of self-care
On Thursday I went to a place that has those La-Z-Boy chairs, where you can get a foot massage for 30 minutes. I try to do something every Thursday to refill my cup.

Last obsession
Trader Joe’s Ice Cream Bon Bons. At the end of dinner, my kids say, “Can I have our chocolate round thing?” There’s a tray of them, and last night I just started popping them. I was like, “This is what heaven is.”

Last perfect moment
I was in bed, and my girls climbed in. I thought, I’m lying here with these two wanting nothing else but to be next to me, and they couldn’t get close enough. It was pretty perfect.
