Kelly Osbourne applauded Gabi Grecko for her brave fashion choices during a visit to Sydney earlier this year.

But the open minded star of E!’s Fashion Police has drawn the line at Gabi’s latest stunt - which saw her walking through the streets of Melbourne – posing completely nude, even in front of children.

Gabi left absolutely nothing to the imagination when she paraded her naked frame through the CBD in nothing but a green wig, bunny ears and cathedral length veil in a video uploaded to YouTube on Friday.

Along with a post of Gabi talking about the stunt for Sneaky magazine on Nine News, in which the daring fiancée of Geoffrey Edelsten defends her actions, Kelly wrote the caption: ‘Really? I mean she is beautiful but...’

Gabi responded by saying she thinks Australia has '(tall) poppy syndrome' and revealed that she discussed in her extended interview with Nine that: 'I was trying and have been trying to go against the grain since I've arrived here to minimize that'.

'I also said doing this was on my bucket list and it was extremely liberating. And quoted a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt that writes "do one thing a day that scares you."' she continued adding that she has no regrets.

'I'd never do it again, I've finally done it. But if I had to go back and do it again I would.'

Too much? Gabi's latest stunt which saw her interrupting diners with her naked body at the window is being investigated by Victoria Police 

In a rather low blow, Gabi later posted an image of late Fashion Police favourite and close friend of Kelly's Joan Rivers.

'Exactly', she captioned the image which shows the veteran broadcaster flipping the bird.

Kelly had been surprisingly kind about Gabi's style when she was shown a picture of the quirky model at the 2014 Brownlow Awards, on Seven's The Morning Show, as she spoke to Kylie Gillies and Jason Dundas. 

The purple haired fashionista told the presenters: 'I appreciate the risk but too much of a good thing can go wrong, if you’re going wear a dress that striking you have to go easier on the makeup otherwise you end up looking like you're in a costume not a gown. 

'But I love it when people take fashion risks because they are brave and anyone brave enough to do that I applaud.'

However this latest faux pas, which is being investigated by Victoria Police, has even upset her 71-year-old fiancé, who refused to take part in Gabi's subsequent interview with Nine.

Geoffrey said he was unhappy with the stunt and even tried but failed to dissuade her. 

Gabi told Nine News: 'To me it's fashion, to me it's art, to other people I’m naked on the street.' 

She added that she hoped it would inspire young people and make them think: 'If Gabi can walk down the street naked maybe I can pass this exam.'

She later explained on social media that in her extended interview, 'My ACTUAL suggestion to be successful on an exam is to go to maybe the math lab or your teachers office hours, see if your school has free tutoring.'
