Sylvester Stallone seems to have discovered the fountain of youth.

The Hollywood actor, 76, sported a remarkably wrinkle-free complexion while being interviewed on Australian TV show Studio 10 on Tuesday.

Sylvester's taut forehead and plump cheeks were in stark contrast to the deep lines and crow's feet visible around his eyes just a few years ago.

In his new movie Tulsa King, Sylvester plays gangster Dwight 'The General' Mandfredi, who is released from prison after serving a 25-year sentence.

Much to his surprise, he is sent to establish a Mafia presence in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

'I always had this fantasy growing up that I wanted to be a tough guy... I got a phone call at 2am asking if I want to play a gangster,' he said of the role.

In his new movie Tulsa King, Sylvester (pictured in September) plays gangster Dwight 'The General' Mandfredi, who is released from prison after serving a 25-year sentence 

'I said, "I'm in," and that's how it happened.'

It comes after Sylvester revealed on The Jonathan Ross show on Saturday he 'wants to do' a reality show with his family while he is 'still relevant'.

The Rocky star recently rekindled his marriage with wife-of-25-years Jennifer Flavin after a brief split earlier this year.

'I always had this fantasy growing up that I wanted to be a tough guy... I got a phone call at 2am asking if I want to play a gangster,' he said of the role 

He believes fans would enjoy following his home life with Jennifer, their children and his two poodles.

'I want to do it while I'm still relevant. You're playing Rocky and Rambo and all these characters but when you get home and you've got three daughters and two poodles, you're one step below that in the food chain,' he said via Zoom.

He is father to daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
